Leave a gift
After looking after family and loved ones, leaving a gift in your Will is a declaration of your values. It is a way of saying what has been important to you and has considerable power to influence and encourage others to live by your example.
The wording that will help Trustees apply your gift to the most important need at any time is:
I give to The Interchurch Council for Hospital Chaplaincy, Charities Commission Registration Number CC21346, a percentage of _______% of my estate for its general purposes.
A receipt given on behalf of the Trust will be a complete discharge to my trustees for the gift.
